Wafer check valves utilize an ultra-slim, lightweight design engineered to be sandwiched directly between two pipe flanges. Utilizing either a single disc or a dual-plate (butterfly) design, the valve body is clamped securely into position by the pipeline bolts surrounding it.

Because they feature a remarkably short face-to-face dimension, wafer check valves require minimal space, make installation incredibly fast, and offer a highly economical solution for large-diameter pipelines.
