When you place an order to purchase a product from us, your order represents an offer to purchase.

  • A binding legal contract between us is only formed when we send you an explicit Order Confirmation Email or shipping notification.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion prior to despatch (for reasons including stock unavailability, inability to authorise payment, or suspect fraudulent activity). If your payment has already been processed through Elavon, we will issue a full refund immediately.

 4. Pricing, Accuracy, & Typographical Errors

  • All prices displayed on our e-Shop are in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are detailed separately at checkout.
  • Pricing Mistakes: While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy on our platform, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at an incorrect lower price. We reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

All payments are processed securely via our external third-party gateway, Elavon Financial Services DAC. We do not store or see your full credit or debit card details. You must pay for the goods and standard delivery charges in full before your order can be despatched.

 6. Delivery & Shipping

  • We will deliver the physical goods to the delivery address specified during checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct; we cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect details.
  • Any delivery timeframes or dates quoted on our website are approximate estimates only. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party courier disruption, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions.
  • Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery of the items to your specified address.
