PN16

A PN16 flange has a fixed nominal pressure rating of 16 bar (approximately 232 psi).

Unlike the ASME/ASA system, the PN system uses a single pressure class designation that assumes the maximum pressure is at ambient temperature (around 20°C).
The maximum working pressure for a PN16 flange generally decreases if the temperature rises significantly.
