A 3000lb threadolet is a high-pressure, forged steel branch connection fitting used to create a threaded outlet on a run pipe in high-pressure or high-temperature piping systems

Threadolets offer an efficient way to create branch connections without welding a full tee or coupling onto the main pipe. 

  • Pressure Rating: 3000lb (3000 psi or 206 bar).
  • Material: Typically made from forged ASTM A105N carbon steel 
  • Connection Type: The outlet features a female taper thread, commonly NPT (National Pipe Taper to ASME B1.20.1) or BSPT (British Standard Pipe Taper to ISO 7-1).
  • Standards: Designed and manufactured to standards such as ASME B16.11, BS 3799, and MSS SP-97.
  • Finish: Carbon steel threadolets generally have a black (self-colour) finish.
