AEROTIGHT A2 (304) STAINLESS

Aerotight nuts are high-performance, all-metal self-locking fasteners originally developed in the 1940s for the aerospace industry.

They use a split-beam locking mechanism where two inwardly deflected locking arms in the nut's collar are forced outward upon assembly, creating a permanent friction grip on the bolt threads.
